What should I bring to a walkthrough?
Your store’s game and product mix, approximate inventory size, the system you use now, and the number of registers you need. A typical buying or checkout scenario is useful too.
Can we discuss switching from our current system?
Yes. Tell us what you use today and the inventory or customer records you need to carry forward. We’ll discuss your setup requirements and what is supported before agreeing on next steps.
Where do existing merchants get help?
Email support@quickveetcg.com with your shop name and a description of the issue. For a transaction question, include a receipt reference where available. Keep passwords and payment-card details out of your message.
