Privacy Policy

Quickvee TCG is operated by Apprication LLC. Quickvee TCG is the product name; Apprication LLC is the company that provides it. Throughout this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Apprication LLC.

This policy explains what we collect through quickveetcg.com (the "site"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

It covers this website only. When a store uses Quickvee TCG itself, the information the store and its customers handle in the product is covered by the store's agreement with Apprication LLC, not by this policy.

The short version

• The only personal information we ask for is what you type into the contact form.
• We use it to contact you about Quickvee TCG. We do not sell it, and we do not share it for advertising.
• The site uses no cookies, no analytics, no advertising pixels and no scripts from other companies.
• You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time.

1. What we collect

What you give us

When you contact us through the form, you give us:

• your name, your role, your email address, and your phone number if you add one
• your store's name, city and state
• what your store sells, roughly how many singles it stocks, and how many registers it has
• the system you use today, and anything else you choose to tell us
• your agreement that Apprication LLC may contact you about Quickvee TCG

If you email or call us, we keep what you send us and our reply.

Please don't put payment card numbers, passwords or other sensitive information in the form or in an email.

What is recorded automatically

Like any website, the servers that deliver the site may record standard information about each request: your IP address, your browser and device type, the page you asked for, the page that linked you to it, and the date and time. We use these records only to deliver the site, keep it secure and fix problems.

The site does not set cookies. It does not use analytics tools, advertising pixels, social-media plugins or scripts from other companies.

What others give us

If someone refers your store to us, they may give us your name and contact details. We don't buy contact lists, and we don't get information about you from data brokers.

2. How we use it

• to reply to you, and to set up a walkthrough
• to understand whether Quickvee TCG fits your store, and to plan your store's setup
• to send you news about Quickvee TCG, which you can stop at any time
• to run, secure and improve the site, and to stop spam and abuse
• to follow the law and protect our rights

We don't use your information to make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We share it only with:

• Service providers that work for us, such as website hosting, email, and the systems we use to manage sales inquiries. They may use your information only to provide their service to us.
• Authorities, when the law requires it, or when we need to protect the rights, property or safety of Apprication LLC, our customers or others.
• A buyer or successor, if Apprication LLC is part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. This policy would continue to apply to the information transferred.

4. How long we keep it

We keep your inquiry while we are talking with you about Quickvee TCG, and for up to 24 months after our last contact with you. Then we delete it.

If your store becomes an Apprication LLC customer, your contact information becomes part of your store's account and is kept under your agreement with Apprication LLC.

Request records from the site's servers are kept only as long as we need them for security and troubleshooting.

5. How we protect it

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information, and the site is served only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee that your information will never be accessed without permission.

6. Your choices and your rights

• Email. Every marketing email we send has an unsubscribe link. You can also email us to stop them. We may still write to you about a request you made.
• Calls. Tell us you don't want calls and we will stop. We won't send you marketing text messages unless you separately agree to receive them.
• Your information. Email support@quickveetcg.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• know what personal information we hold about you and how we use it, and get a copy of it
• correct it
• delete it
• opt out of its sale, of its use for targeted advertising, and of profiling (we do none of these)
• not be treated differently for using any of these rights

To make a request, email support@quickveetcg.com, ideally from the address you gave us. We may ask for information to confirm that the request is yours. Someone you authorize can make a request for you, with your signed permission.

We will answer within 45 days. If we need more time, we will tell you why, as the law allows. If we turn down your request, we will tell you why, and you can appeal by replying to our answer. We will answer an appeal within the time the law requires.

California residents

In the past 12 months, we have collected these categories of personal information, from you and from your browser, for the purposes in section 2:

• Identifiers: your name, email address, phone number and IP address
• Professional or business information: your role and your store's details
• Internet activity: the request records described in section 1
• General location: the city and state you give us

We have disclosed these categories only to service providers, for the business purposes in section 2. We have not sold or shared personal information, and we do not collect sensitive personal information.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. We don't track you across websites, and we don't sell or share your information, so there is nothing for these signals to turn off. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of sale and sharing.

Shine the Light. We do not disclose personal information to other companies for their own direct marketing.

7. Children

The site is for businesses and is not meant for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Where your information is kept

Apprication LLC is based in the United States, and the site is for stores in the United States. We store and process your information in the United States.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date. If a change materially affects how we use information you have already given us, we will tell you by email before it applies, and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
