Quickvee TCG is operated by Apprication LLC. Quickvee TCG is the product name; Apprication LLC is the company that provides it. Throughout these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Apprication LLC.

These terms govern your use of quickveetcg.com (the "site"). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. What the site is

The site describes Quickvee TCG, a point-of-sale and back-office system for trading-card and collectibles stores, and lets you contact us about your store. It is information about the product. It is not an offer to sell it.

2. Contacting us is not a purchase

Sending a contact request tells us you are interested in Quickvee TCG. It does not create an account, an order or a contract, and it does not guarantee a price or a feature. Apprication LLC decides which stores it sets up, and when.

Using Quickvee TCG requires a separate written agreement with Apprication LLC. Card payment processing requires a separate agreement with the payment provider. Those agreements, not these terms and not this site, govern the product and payment processing, including their pricing and fees.

3. Product information

We work to keep the site accurate, but features, hardware, supported games and pricing can change.

• Anything the site describes as "On the way" is a plan, not a promise, and has no date.
• Quickvee TCG software costs $39 per month, plus $20 per month for each additional POS station being used. Live market prices for select games are included. Some games have an additional monthly cost. Contact us to confirm included game coverage and any additional monthly charges. Card processing, hardware and other optional add-ons are charged separately, as set out in your agreement with Apprication LLC.
• The demos and screens on the site use a fictional store, with fictional customers, staff and figures. The card images are of real cards and are shown for illustration. The demos show how the product works. They are not real data or real results.

4. Using the site

You agree not to:

• use the site in a way that breaks the law or anyone else's rights
• send us false information, or contact us in someone else's name without their permission
• try to get into systems or data you aren't allowed to reach, probe or test the site's security, or interfere with how the site runs
• use bots or scrapers to copy the site, or send spam through its form
• copy, frame, republish or resell the site's content or design

5. Ownership and trademarks

The site, including its text, design, artwork, demos and code, belongs to Apprication LLC or its licensors and is protected by law. You may view and print pages of the site to evaluate Quickvee TCG for your own business. No other right is granted.

Quickvee, Quickvee TCG and the Quickvee TCG logo are trademarks of Apprication LLC Don't use them without our written permission.

Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, One Piece, Disney Lorcana and all other game names are trademarks of their respective owners. Quickvee TCG is not affiliated with or endorsed by any game publisher. Sunmi T3 and the names of grading companies belong to their owners and are used only to describe the hardware the product runs on and the information it records.

6. What you send us

What you send through the contact form is handled under our Privacy Policy.

If you send us ideas or feedback about Quickvee TCG, we may use them freely, without any obligation to you.

7. Other websites

If the site links to another website, the link is for your convenience. We are not responsible for that website or its content.

8. Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, Apprication LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

Nothing on the site is legal, tax or financial advice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Apprication LLC and its officers, employees and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100).

Some places do not allow these limits, so some of them may not apply to you. These limits concern the site only. They do not change any agreement you have with Apprication LLC for the product.

10. Indemnity

If you use the site in breach of these terms and that leads to a claim against Apprication LLC, you agree to cover Apprication LLC's resulting losses and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the site will be brought only in the state courts in San Joaquin County, California, or in the federal courts for the Eastern District of California, and you agree to their jurisdiction.

12. Changes, and ending access

We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new effective date. If you keep using the site after that, you accept the new version.

We may change, suspend or stop the site, or block anyone's access to it, at any time.

13. General

• If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
• If we don't enforce a right, we haven't given it up.
• You may not transfer your rights under these terms. We may transfer ours.
• These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and Apprication LLC about the site. They do not replace any agreement you have with Apprication LLC for the product.
