MARKET PRICES, MADE USEFUL
The market moves.
You set the rules.
Turn trading-card market data into prices that work for your store. Keep condition, shelf prices and cash or store-credit offers connected—while keeping your judgment in the picture.

One reference. Three decisions.
A market price gives you a reference point. Your shelf price is what you ask. Your buy offer is what you pay. Quickvee TCG lets you shape those decisions with your own rules. The $39/month software plan includes live market prices for select games. Some games have an additional monthly cost. Each additional active POS station is $20/month.
Match the right card
Game, set, printing, finish, language and condition all matter. A familiar name alone isn’t enough to identify the right price.
Apply your store’s rules
Choose market percentages, rounding, floors and ceilings. Set cash and credit percentages separately from the shelf price.
Keep a clear record
See the price basis and any override. Market refreshes can update today’s price; completed sales keep the price that was actually paid.
PUT YOUR PRICING RULES TO WORK
Try your next price.
Choose a card and condition. Adjust the percentages, then simulate a market change to see the shelf price and buy offers respond.

THE NUMBER HAS A STORY
See what your price is built on.
A directly matched quote, a value derived from another condition, and an older price are different things. Quickvee TCG keeps that context visible.

Japanese cards. The right market.
For eligible Japanese-language cards, current US-market data leads. The optional Japanese Market Pricing add-on can supply Japanese-market data when a current US figure is missing. Refresh coverage depends on your plan.
READING THE RETRO MARKET
Same title. Different story.
The platform, region, edition and what comes with a game shape the comparison. Start by matching the copy in front of you to the right kind of sale.
The game itself.
A cartridge or disc sold without its original box and manual. Compare it with other loose copies of the same release.

A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS
A price you can
explain.
Understand the reference, apply your rules, and keep the collector’s trust.
Is live market pricing included in the $39/month software plan?
Yes, for select games. Software is $39/month, plus $20/month for each additional active POS station. Some games require an additional monthly subscription. Contact us about the games you carry to confirm included coverage and any extra monthly costs.
Is market price the same as an asking price?
No. Completed sales show what buyers paid; asking prices show what sellers hope to receive. A market guide is a useful reference; your store still decides its shelf price and buying offer.
Does every condition need its own price?
Condition is part of a card’s identity in inventory. Quickvee TCG uses a matching condition quote where available, or can derive one from a better condition using the store’s settings. It shows when that value is derived.
Can I keep a particular price fixed?
Yes. An active manual override can keep a sell price or buy figure in place through refreshes. Overrides have a reason and can have an expiry, so your team can see why the figure differs from the rules.
How often do prices change?
Quickvee TCG uses scheduled refreshes and shows the age of its price basis. Coverage varies by product, available source data and market-data plan. The website examples are illustrative and do not display a live feed.
How are retro-game price guides calculated?
Completed sales provide a useful reference when grouped by the exact release and its condition or completeness. Loose, complete-in-box and sealed copies are separate comparisons. This explains the market; automated retro pricing in Quickvee TCG is still planned.
Does a market refresh change an old receipt?
No. A completed sale keeps its recorded prices. A later market refresh changes the current pricing reference, not what the customer previously paid.
